We share some hacks & tips to do if you go swimming on your period. \r<br>Here are a few tips: Use tampons instead of pads. If you use pads, switch them often and dont swim long with them. While using tampons, switch them out more often than normal. \r<br>\r<br>Suits - try finding a darker suit, so if you do leak, it doesnt stain or show on your swimsuit. \r<br>\r<br>Thinx - have you tried these absorbant underwear?
